  • No problem! The program includes educational videos that guide you step-by-step on how to get started with training, track your food effectively, and optimise your recovery. Everything is broken down in a way that’s easy to follow, even for beginners.

  • The training plan is designed to fit into your lifestyle, with 3 or 4-day-per-week options. Each session takes around 45–60 minutes, and additional program activities, like check-ins and accountability tasks, are simple and quick to complete.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with your Priming Guide to help you prepare for the program. You’ll also gain access to the private Facebook group where all program content will be shared.
